Positive Rake Cutting Action: The SSDCN design utilizes a positive rake cutting geometry. This reduces cutting forces, minimizes power consumption, and produces thinner, more manageable chips—ideal for machining softer materials, alloys, and for applications where workpiece deflection is a concern.
Superior Rigidity with Larger Shank: The 25mm x 25mm square shank provides a significant increase in mass and rigidity compared to smaller holders. This dramatically reduces vibration and chatter, enabling higher feed rates and more aggressive cuts while maintaining precision.
